Merseyside Gundog Open Show
16 November 2008
Judge Carol Moore
Although I have not exhibed Labs for a number of years I have always maintained an interest in the breed so I was delighted to be judging them again. As with a lot of breeds heads seem to ve very diverse with a lack of muzzle being one of my main concerns. My other worry was the amount of excess weight a number of dogs were carrying which made it diffiucult for me to feel bone structure and did not allow the dogs to move without rolling like a sussex. That said I was extremely pleased with my line-up when choosing my BOB
